The term Media Devices used in this text and on the website refers to Media Devices based in Wieliczka at Ul. Kościuszki 1 as well as any of the companies over which Media Devices has a dominant position or companies affiliated with it.

Introduction
Your privacy is very important to us. We understand how important it is to protect your personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, commonly known as the GDPR.
Your personal data has been provided to Media Devices voluntarily through any means of communication (by phone, traditional mail, email, face-to-face meetings, and others) for business purposes.
This document fulfills the obligation of Media Devices under the GDPR.
§1 Personal Data Administrator
Media Devices based in Wieliczka at ul. Kościuszki 1, NIP: 6791124858, email: [email protected], hereinafter referred to as Media Devices, is the Administrator of the following personal data of you: name and surname, company, academic title, position, department, specialization, email address, phone number.
§2 Data Protection Officer
Media Devices does not appoint a Data Protection Officer. For any matters regarding data processing, you can contact the Administrator at the email address: [email protected].
§3 Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Your personal data will be processed based on the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016: for the purpose of fulfilling an order – based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter b, for marketing purposes – based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter a, for contact purposes – based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter a, for newsletter subscription – based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter a.
In the case of processing data based on consent, you have the right to change your consent regarding the scope of processing or to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal.
§4 Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. Media Devices will cease processing your personal data unless it can demonstrate that there are legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or your data are needed by Media Devices for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
§5 Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be processed as long as there are legal and factual bases for this, and in the case of data processed based on consent, until that consent is withdrawn.
§6 Data Recipients
Your data may be transferred to the following entities: subcontractors (data processors), such as courier and freight companies (for the purpose of delivering shipments), legal and IT firms, service providers on behalf of Media Devices, and any state and public institutions based on applicable law.
