Media Devices does not appoint a Personal Data Protection Officer. You may contact the Controller in relation to all matters concerning data processing by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
§3 Purpose and Basis of Processing
Your personal data are processed on the basis of the general regulation on personal data processing as of 27 April 2016 for the following purposes: order delivery – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter b, marketing – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a, communication – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a, newsletter subscription – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a.
When personal data are processed based on consent, you have the right to modify the scope of processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Consent withdrawal does not influence legal compliance of processing performed with your consent prior to its withdrawal.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. The company Media Devices will no longer process your personal data, unless it is able to prove that there exist important legal grounds for Media Devices in relation to your personal data, superior to your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless Media Devices requires your personal data to determine,

Your personal data will be processed as long as legal and actual grounds for processing exist and when data processing is based on consent until its withdrawal.

Your data may be transferred to the following entities:subcontractors (processing entities), such as courier and forwarding companies (for delivery purposes), law firms, IT companies, entities providing services by order of Media Devices , state and public institutions in accordance with the law.

The submission of personal data is voluntary but it may be necessary to conclude or execute a contract or perform any other lawful actions.
