The website and (“Website”) is owned and administered by Media Devices. By visiting and using this Website, you accept all terms, conditions and notices contained herein.
Additional terms and conditions apply to separate areas of the Website or its specific content and additional requests, which may be also presented in particular parts of the
Website in conjunction with the general terms and conditions and which establish the principles of using the Website.  All terms and conditions, including the additional ones (if applicable), refer to the “Agreement”.
By using this website, the User understands and agrees to the general terms and conditions. By using areas of the Website displaying other terms and conditions, the User also understands and  agrees to these terms and conditions.  By using this Website, the User undertakes to observe any and all applicable legal regulations, including exportation  and re-exportation of legal regulations, as well as any and all applicable laws of Poland. Access or use of any piece of information or any feature of the Website from any area where such a piece of information or feature is illegal is forbidden.


The Website Media Devices uses cookies (small text files saved on a visitor’s hard drive). These files are used to gather information about website users in order to create so-called customized  settings and are applied by most multi-page websites. Cookies are not designed for processing or storing personal data and are not used for direct identification of users of the Media Devices website. We understand the importance of personal data protection in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, commonly known as the RODO or GDPR regulation.
Your personal data were submitted to Media Devices  voluntarily via a selected communication medium (telephone, conventional mail, electronic mail, direct meetings and other) for  business purposes.
The aim of this policy is to satisfy the obligation imposed on Media Devices under the RODO regulation.

§1 Personal Data Controller

Media Devices with its registered office in Wieliczka at ul. Kościuszki 1  e-mail: [email protected],  hereinafter referred to as Media Devices , is the Controller of your personal data: name and surname, company, academic title, position, department, specialty, e-mail address, phone number.

§2 Personal Data Protection Officer

Media Devices does not appoint a Personal Data Protection Officer. You may contact the Controller in relation to all matters concerning data processing by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

§3 Purpose and Basis of Processing

Your personal data are processed on the basis of the general regulation on personal data processing as of 27 April 2016 for the following purposes: order delivery – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter b, marketing – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a, communication – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a, newsletter subscription – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a.
When personal data are processed based on consent, you have the right to modify the scope of processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Consent withdrawal does not influence legal  compliance of processing performed with your consent prior to its withdrawal.

§4 Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. The company Media Devices will no longer process your personal data, unless it is able to prove that there exist  important legal grounds for Media Devices in relation to your personal data, superior to your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless Media Devices requires your personal data to determine,
pursue or secure any potential claims.

§5 Data Storage Period

Your personal data will be processed as long as legal and actual grounds for processing exist and when data processing is based on consent until its withdrawal.

§6 Data Recipients

Your data may be transferred to the following entities:subcontractors (processing entities), such as courier and forwarding companies (for delivery purposes), law firms, IT companies, entities  providing services by order of Media Devices , state and public institutions in accordance with the law.

§7 Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to RODO, you have the right to:


  • access your personal data and receive a copy of them;
  • rectify (modify) your personal data;
  • restrict data processing;
  • erase your personal data;
  • object to your personal data processing;
  • transmit personal data;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.


§8 Information about the Obligation/Voluntary Nature of Data Submission

The submission of personal data is voluntary but it may be necessary to conclude or execute a contract or perform any other lawful actions.
